It is already version 15.fourteen. Also it has gone back to asking me to activate the plan (excel and give-and-take) every time i open up them and they keep crashing even before I have time to get through the activation process.

You should try post-obit -

A. I am assuming that your Bone is upwards-to-date. If non, brand your Os likewise upwards-to-date. The latest OS version is ten.13.3. This is reported to solve the issue.

If your issue solved, no need to read further down.

B. Try to update your Office again so that if whatever patch is released by Microsoft that would flow in. Sometimes y'all have to try many times before an update is recognized by your Office.

You should attempt following -
A. I am bold that your OS is up-to-date. If not, make your OS besides upwardly-to-date. The latest OS version is x.13.3. This is reported to solve the issue.

If your issue solved, no need to read farther down.

B. Attempt to update your Office once more so that if whatsoever patch is released by Microsoft that would menstruum in. Sometimes you accept to try many times before an update is recognized past your Office.

This morning I updated to high sierra. This made no difference. I re-installed office and activated the licenses again - which it confirmed. The same problem remains.

If yous completely removed Part and reinstalled, yous should accept version xvi.12, not fifteen.xiv

Please double-check your Office version. Become to the Excel menu and choose Nearly Excel. If you have 15.14 or something other than 16.12, do the post-obit:
